JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) announced a private placement without an intermediary worth 4 million dollars with Asiamet Resources Limited registered with AIM (Asiamet or AIM:ARS).

This placement increased the share ownership of the Delta Dunia Group by 366,891,000 shares, increasing the share ownership portion of the Delta Dunia Group from 24.2 percent to 34.5 percent and strengthening the Group's position as Asiamet's largest shareholder.

The Asiamet flagship BKM Copper Project in Central Kalimantan has completed the Feasibility Study stage. Funds from this Placement will encourage the progress of the BKM project through the technical implementation of projects, contractual work, and public working capital.
