Disbursing IDR 62.22 Billion, DOID Adds Share Ownership In Asiamet To 34.5 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) announced a private placement without an intermediary worth 4 million dollars with Asiamet Resources Limited registered with AIM (Asiamet or AIM:ARS).

This placement increased the share ownership of the Delta Dunia Group by 366,891,000 shares, increasing the share ownership portion of the Delta Dunia Group from 24.2 percent to 34.5 percent and strengthening the Group's position as Asiamet's largest shareholder.

The Asiamet flagship BKM Copper Project in Central Kalimantan has completed the Feasibility Study stage. Funds from this Placement will encourage the progress of the BKM project through the technical implementation of projects, contractual work, and public working capital.

President Director of the Delta Dunia Group Ronald Sutardja stated that the company continues to support Asiamet in continuing the BKM Copper project to the next technical stages. Copper remains an important and central strategic metal for energy transition initiatives.

Delta Dunia Group believes that cooperation with Asiamet, which utilizes the main expertise of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) in mining services in Indonesia, will be part of a broader Group commodity diversification strategy.
