The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) has again confiscated land assets and obligor/debtor buildings that have obligations to the state. One of the efforts made was the confiscation of other assets and physical control of land and building assets located in the Bali area with an estimated IDR 287.73 billion.

With the details of the confiscation of assets located in the Bali area, including other assets of the Bank Centris International PKPS Obligor in the form of 27 plots of land with a total area of 31,402 m2 with ownership documents in the form of SHM in the name of Drs. Andri Tedjadharma, located in Sidakarya Village, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City.

Furthermore, another asset of debtors on behalf of PT Fajar Santika ex-Bapindo in the form of 2 (two) plots of land with a total area of 5,046 m2 according to SHM Number 3418 and SHM Number 3446 in the name of Brunoto Suwandre.

The land parcels were confiscated in the context of efforts to settle the obligations of the PKPS Obligor. 2. 4 (four) plots of land with a total area of 7,675 m2 located on Jalan Pantai Balangan, Lingkungan Cingiling, Jimbaran Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province according to SHM Number 4841/Jimbaran, SHM Number 4842/Jimbaran, SHM Number 4843/Jimbaran, and SHM Number 4844/Jimbaran originating from PT Bank Dagang Bali (In Liquidation).

3. 1 (one) plot of land covering an area of 870 m2 located on Jalan WR Supratman, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City according to SHM Number 326/Kesiman originating from PT Bank Dagang Bali (In Liquidation).

4. 1 (one) plot of land covering an area of 542 m2 located on Jalan Anyelir No. 22, Sumerta Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City according to the Sale/Buy Self Agreement No. 925/5176/Perwati a.n. I Gusti Ngurah Gde.

5. 1 (one) plot of land covering an area of 2,150 m2 located on Jalan Hayam Wuruk, Banjar Tanjung Bungkak, Sumerta Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City according to SHM Number 599/Sumerta originating from PT Bank Dagang Bali (In Liquidation).

6. 1 (one) plot of land covering an area of 1,440 m2 located on Jalan Pemuda I, Renon, Sumerta Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City according to SHM 1642 from PT Bank Dagang Bali (In Liquidation).

Furthermore, other assets that have been confiscated and property assets that have been carried out by physical control will be followed up through a mechanism as regulated in the applicable regulations.

The BLBI Task Force will consistently continue to make ongoing efforts to ensure that the return of state collection rights can be fulfilled, through a series of efforts such as blocking, confiscation, and selling assets of collateral and other assets owned by obligors/debtors who have so far received BLBI funding facilities and have not or did not complete their obligations to the state properly.
