JAKARTA - Bank DKI has made another proud achievement. Most recently, the Economic Review appreciated Bank DKI as the recipient of the Gold Award category The Best Indonesia Sales Marketing, (Category: Regional Development Bank).

The award was received directly by the Director of Retail and Sharia of Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, at the 6th Indonesia Sales & Marketing Award 2023 with the theme Innovation Breakthrough Of Artificial Intelligence In The Digital Marketing Era, in Jakarta on Friday 28 July.

Director of Retail and Sharia of PT Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus when receiving the award expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the award given by the Economic Review as a form of appreciation for Bank DKI's positive performance, especially in managing the company's business strategy during the challenging economic period.

"We hope that in the future this award will continue to be a motivation for Bank DKI in providing its best performance, especially in formulating business strategies from sales and marketing aspects, both funding and lending, and always being able to meet the needs of the community, especially customers," said Henky.

Through a written statement, the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Irnaldy, in line with the strategy implemented to have an impact on Bank DKI's performance, recorded until June 2023, Bank DKI recorded credit and financing performance growth of 14.82 percent to Rp50.11 trillion, from Rp43.64 trillion in the same period in the previous year.

The growth in lending and financing of Bank DKI is better than credit and financing growth nationally based on data from Indonesian Banking Statistics (SPI) published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), until April 2023 which grew by 8.26 percent, and better than the average credit and financing growth of BPD which grew by 10.07 percent.

Under the leadership of Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive in developing digital banking services to expand public financial access such as JakOne Mobile super apps, JakOne Pay simple apps, JakOne Abank and other digital banking services such as Cash Management System, as well as developing digital lending applications for credit and financing facilities.

"In the event of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand JakCard's acceptance as an electronic money card on various modes of transportation for DKI Jakarta, museum entrance tickets and tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and BUMD, to transactions at various merchants in collaboration with Bank DKI," said Fidri.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi added that a series of collaborations have been carried out by Bank DKI with various entities, including synergies with BUMD DKI Jakarta Province, collaboration with BPD from all over Indonesia (BPD-SI) as mandated lead arrangers in the distribution of a number of syndicated loans, cooperation with DKI Jaya Perbarindo DPD in the use of Bank DKI digital banking services, especially to BPR/BPRRS customers, Bank DKI collaboration with Himbara.

Perbanas and Indomaret present features in the JakOne Mobile financial services application to carry out cardless cash withdrawals through the entire BCA ATM network, BNI, and Indomaret outlets spread across Indonesia, in order to improve services to customers. Not to mention collaboration with BC Card Asia Pacific for the implementation of a retail payment system in the form of a acquisition service system.

Until the latest Bank DKI collaborated with PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) which allows Bank DKI JakCard electronic money cards to be used to pay for Jabodetabek Commuter Line tickets.
