JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Trade Jerry Sambuaga said that Indonesia has a very large potential for tourism development and marine products. According to him, it is hoped that extreme diving and sports products from Indonesia will be increasingly in demand by many countries in the world.

The Ministry of Trade encourages business actors in the products of diving and extreme sports equipment to take advantage of these opportunities," he said in a press release, quoted Friday, June 2.

Jerry explained that organizing various exhibition activities such as DXI is very useful. Especially for extreme sports lovers and water sports to get quality sports equipment needs easily.

"The government will continue to support activities like this as a form of promotion and supporting facilities for domestic products to develop and advance to class. So, they are able to compete with foreign products and are increasingly accepted in the international market," he concluded.
