Bank Muamalat President Director Indra Falatehan said this program is expected to encourage an increase in Shar-E Debit Muamalat card transactions.
The number of Shar-E Debit Muamalat card transactions as of April 2023 was 409,510 transactions with 92 percent of transactions through EDC machines and 8 percent of online.

The security feature in the online debit of the Shar-E card has been certified by VISA (Verified by VISA Secure Code).
