Get Ready! Vale Spreads IDR 937.93 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) decided to distribute 30 percent of the Company's net profit as cash dividends. This amount is equivalent to 60,120 US dollars.

"Shareholders will receive USD 0.00605 for each share they own," said PT Vale Indonesia President Director Febriany Eddy at a press conference in Jakarta, Friday, May 5.

Later this share will be paid by the Company on May 31, 2023.

Febriany added that the distribution of dividends took into account the condition of the Company's cash and projected capital expenditure needs and working capital for the Company's business continuity.

In addition, shareholders as well as PT Vale Indonesia (INCO) decided to re-elect the former Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Rudiantara as an independent commissioner.

Previously, Rudiantara also held the same position since October 2020.

At the AGMS, shareholders also approved the appointment of Abu Ashar and Matt Cherevaty as effective Directors of the Company, respectively, from the closing of the AGMS to the closing of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2026.

Then also decided to re-elect the former Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Rudiantara as an independent commissioner.
