Listed On The Exchange, Harita Group's Subsidiary Is Red Opened

JAKARTA - PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk, a subsidiary of Harita Group, officially recorded its initial public offering (IPO) with the initials NCKL on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Wednesday, April 12.

In its initial offer, the mining company and nickel downstream were opened red with a decrease of 3.2 percent to the level of 1,210 and then strengthened 0.4 percent to 1,255.

NCKL President Director Roy A. Arfandy said NCKL offered 7,997,600,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share or equivalent to 12.67 percent of the company's issued and fully paid capital after the IPO.

The final price set by the company in this corporate action is IDR 1,250 per share.

Thus, from the results of this stock IPO, NCKL managed to obtain additional capital of IDR 9.997 trillion.

"The company has also allocated around 35 million shares of the total IPO shares for the share allocation program to the Company's employees (Employee Stock Allocation, ESA), where the exercise price of the ESA is the same as the offering price," he said in Jakarta, Wednesday.

According to Roy, the Company's share IPO received a very positive response from the market.

Evidently, during the period of public offering from April 5 to 10, 2023, NCKL shares experienced excess demand or oversubscribed so that in accordance with the provisions for the implementation of stock distribution through the e- IPO platform, the required pooling allocation portion was 5 percent.

The interest in the participation of public investors does not only come from domestic investors, but also from foreign institutional investors.

"We appreciate and are grateful for the high enthusiasm of investors for the NCKL IPO. The occurrence of oversubscribed is a tangible manifestation of the trust given by investors in the bright prospects of the nickel processing industry managed by the Company," concluded Roy.
