JAKARTA PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. together with a subsidiary of PT Asuransi BRI Life, it is said that it has just released a Professional Group Health (PGH) insurance product.

BRI's Director of Consumer Business Handayani said the health protection services are aimed at workers in a company and with their families.

"PGH provides the most complete protection and facilities, with relief of health care costs for employees and the family of a company," he said in a written statement quoted on Friday, March 7.

According to Handayani, this can be part of the benefit employee so that it can maintain the performance of workers for the advancement of its group of companies or institutions.

"This insurance is designed for workers based on the needs of the company, so that the cost of treatment due to illness or accident can be planned and controlled. In other words, this insurance will also ease the burden borne by the company in the event of a risk to workers," he said.

The provisions for PGH insurance products include ages ranging from 0 years to a maximum of 75 years. In this case, the insurance period is one year and can be extended.

Then the minimum number of participants is 25 participants for group companies or institutional members categorized as groups (small, medium, and large). For premium payments, it can be done on an annual or regular basis (triwulan, semester, quarter and term).

"A number of benefits that can be obtained through PGH Insurance Products, it is hoped that this product can become a new innovation that can be a solution for protection, for employees and their families," he concluded.
