JAKARTA - The government through the Ministry of PUPR ensures that there will be an additional 217.2 km of new toll roads operating functionally for the 2023 Lebaran Homecoming, one of which is the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II Toll Road.
"The South Japek II phungsional, yes, including those that we report to the Minister of Transportation and Korlantas to be functionalized," said Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) of the Ministry of PUPR Danang Parikesit to reporters at the DPR RI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 28.
Danang emphasized that later it would not fully function for the toll road, but only part of it. "Not entirely, yes, only sections that connect to industrial areas for backflow," he said.
The number of toll roads that will operate functionally this year has almost doubled from the previous plan which could only be functionalized along 120 km.

4. Cileunyi-Sumedang- Dawuan Section Cimalaka-Dawuan (Along 28.2 Km).
5. Sigli-Banda Aceh Section Blang Bintang-Baitusalam (Along 13.2 Km).
6. Ciawi-Sukabumi Section 2: Cigombong-Cibadak (Apanjang 11.9 Km).
7. Cimanggis-Cibitung Section 2A: Jatikarya-Cikeas (As long as 3.5 km).
8. Pasuruan-Probolinggo Section 4A: Probolinggo Timur-IC Gending (Sepanjang 8.6 Km).
