Receiving Pertamina's BBM Transaction, BNI Operates Limited On Nyepi Day 2023

JAKARTA PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. (BNI) is said to continue to carry out operational activities on a limited basis on Nyepi Day 2023 which falls simultaneously on March 22 and 23.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said this was intended to continue to provide services to the community, especially in receiving PT Pertamina's fuel oil (BBM) deposit.

"This limited operational activity will be carried out in 20 branch offices, auxiliary branch offices, and cash offices with office service hours from 10.00 to 12.00 local time," he said in a written statement on Sunday, March 19.

According to him, only Pertamina's fuel payment payments are served through the Pertamina H2H OPBS system. In the future, continued Okki, in the context of implementing shifting to digital to carry out Pertamina's fuel redeeming transactions, customers can do it through the BNIDirect channel

"The need for customer transactions, be it cash withdrawals, cash deposits, transfers or bill payments, account openings, ATM card replacements and others can be served for 24 hours through BNI eChannels such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATMs, CRM, Agen46, DigICS," he said.

Meanwhile, 20 BNI outlets that remain operating are KC Medan, KC Batam, KC Pekanbaru, KC Padang, KC Musi Palembang, KC Cepu, KC Jombang, KC Surabaya.

Then, KC Boulevard - Makassar, KCP Sandubaya, KCP Kanaka, KCP Serang City, KC Karawang, KC Kramat, KK A Yani Jayapura, KCP Pasar Wage, KC Slamet Riyadi Solo and KC Malang
