Sinar Mas Land Collaborates With Bank Woori To Give Incentives To Consumer Candidates

JAKARTA - Sinar Mas Land collaborates with Bank Woori Saudara to provide convenience and incentives for potential consumers to buy units in the company's national marketing program, namely Smart Move.

Sinar Mas Land Director Herry Hendarta in Tangerang, Banten, Friday, March 17, said that Bank Woori Saudara is one of the strategic partners in the Smart Move Program.

The incentives provided by Bank Woori Saudara in this program have a very good impact, not only for the company's interests but also for potential consumers who want to buy their dream housing in the Sinar Mas Land project.

"The more choices from banking partners, the more offers for consumers as well. So consumers can choose banks that suit their respective needs and abilities," said Herry in signing a cooperation agreement conducted at the Sinar Mas Land Marketing Office, Tangerang, as reported by Antara.

He said the Smart Move Program provides attractive incentives for potential property consumers who offer maximum price relief for several products, including landed reverse, shophouses, apartments, and plots. This program also provides a promo for ease of payment such as mortgages/T/A.

For how to pay KPR/T/A Express, this program offers relief in the form of DP Subsidies of up to 15 percent, Interest Subsidies of up to six percent or two percent for three years, Subsidies for KPR Fees of up to 2.5 percent and Free Service Charges for 12 months.

The Smart Move Program period starts from February 2 - December 31, 2023, which is divided into three stages. The first period starts February 2-May 31, 2023, which has the most promos and is profitable for consumers, then the promo will decrease in the second period, namely June-September 2023 and period III, October-December 2023.

The incentive program from Bank Woori Saudara provides alternatives that adjust the needs of Sinar Mas Land consumers. The program includes low mortgage interest rates, starting from 0.49 percent for a period of up to two years.

This will certainly provide comfort for consumers to purchase property products without worrying about rising interest rates.

In addition, Bank Woori Saudara also waived the Provision and Administration Fees for the first transaction.
