The company recorded a net profit attributable to the parent entity (clean tax) of IDR 246 billion, an increase of 11.81 percent compared to the same period in 2021, which is IDR 220 billion. This figure is the highest achievement in the last five years.

solid growth in net profit performance is inseparable from positive revenue growth throughout 2022. At the end of 2022, CSAP achieved revenue of IDR 15.45 trillion, up 8.51 percent compared to the previous year's achievement of IDR 14.24 trillion.

Andy Totong, Director of CSAP, explained that the company is sustainable to improve performance through its business segments.

"CSAP is committed to improving and strengthening the distribution segment by expanding the distribution network and adding products, and implementing aggressive expansion strategies for the modern retail segment," Andi said in his statement, quoted Thursday, March 16.

Two CSAP business segments, namely the Distribution Segment (Building, Chemical, and FMCG) and the Modern Retail Segment (Building and Furniture), recorded positive performance throughout 2022.

This is supported by a network of 46 building materials distribution branches in various major cities in Indonesia, 5 chemical distribution branches, and 38 consumer goods distribution areas (FMCG). The distribution segment has become the backbone or segment with the largest contribution so far. This is due to the strong distribution network owned by the company.

Meanwhile, the modern retail segment with a contribution of 38 percent of the company's revenue, represented by the Mitra10 retail network for building materials and Home Improvement and the modern retail network Home Furnishing Atria, recorded revenue of IDR 5.87 trillion, up 16.01 percent compared to the same period last year of IDR 5.06 trillion.

The modern retail segment has been known as a segment that makes a positive contribution in terms of growth. Currently, the company has 45 modern retail outlets Mitra10 and 19 Atria showrooms.
