JAKARTA - PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (HSBC Indonesia) explained the renewal of various HSBC Premier services to strengthen its position as Best Wealth Manager in Indonesia, and improve the quality of the experience of Indonesian tajir (affluent) customers. Some of the latest features for HSBC Premier customers who like to travel abroad include 5x reward points for all Premier Mastercard credit card transactions at home and abroad, which allow customers to travel more frequently through exchange of reward points; competitive foreign currency exchange rates for all transactions abroad, and airport pick-up services.

In addition, HSBC Indonesia also provides 0 percent installment facilities for three months for all transactions. As for protecting Premier customers during travel, Premier Mastercard credit card users also get free travel insurance services, and protection for ticket cancellations and medical assistance to ensure optimal protection during customers abroad with a range of up to IDR 10.5 billion.

HSBC Indonesia has also strengthened its partnership with ANA as the number one airline in Japan to work together to provide memorable experience and supply of incurrence for Premier customers while planning their journey. The option to partner with ANA is based on the high number of HSBC Premier customers traveling to the United States and Japan over the past five years.

At the HSBC-ANA Travel Fair 2023 which took place on March 9-12 2023 at the Atrium Lagoon, Central Park Mall, HSBC Indonesia pampers Premier customers with special discount prices for Japanese and US and Canadian routes, as well as additional cash backs of up to IDR 4 million.
