JAKARTA - The National Aviation Airlines Association (Inaca) formed an Expert Council whose personnel have various scientific backgrounds, both from the government, the private sector, and the public, which can later become a bridge to find various solutions to problems in the aviation industry.

He admitted that for years various problems in the aviation industry have always encountered the same obstacles, but after each time a seminar, meeting, or coordination meeting was held, he never found a solution, so the time is now more intensified, including the formation of the Expert Council.
"The national aviation industry is currently growing well after the COVID-19 pandemic is increasingly sloping, so we need to immediately take concrete steps to develop this industry," he added.
For example, one of the obstacles faced by the aviation industry is that if an airplane is owned by one of the airlines, damaged spare parts and must be imported from producing countries, it is necessary to have a long licensing chain involving a number of ministries and institutions.
"Once again, we want to work together to find a solution so that this industry can grow well, especially since air transportation in Indonesia is very strategic and important considering the geographical location consisting of islands," he said.
Secretary General Inaca Bayu Sutanto said the pandemic conditions were gradually easing and the government's lifting of the Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in December 2022 made the aviation industry slowly recover.
