JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) decided to overhaul the composition of the company's directors and commissioners.

Bank Mega has decided to add Hezbollah to the ranks of independent commissioners with Chairul Tanjung. The company also added directors in the field of Information Technology.

"In connection with the development of technology and the need for the Company's digitization, the Company added a Director who specifically in the field of Information Technology," said Bank Mega President Director Kostaman Thayib at a press conference in Jakarta, Friday, February 24.

He continued, Bank Mega also filled the position of Deputy President Director in the composition of the Company's Board of Directors, where the addition of the provisions for the position of Deputy President Director in the Board of Directors was in accordance with the changes in the basic budget that had been approved in the AGMS.
