Ahead Of The Powerboat F1, Infrastructure And Race Venue Facility Ready 100 Percent

JAKARTA - The implementation of the Powerboat F1 on Lake Toba is only a matter of days. The finalization of the venue race infrastructure and supporting facilities is 100 percent ready.

As is known, this F1 Powerboat racing event will be held from February 25 to 26, 2023 in Bige, Toba Regency.

InJourney's Director of Marketing and Tourism Program, Maya Watono explained that various preparations have been made so far. All technical preparations have been completed on time so that they can be used by crews, racers, tenants, performers, and spectators of F1 Powerboat.

InJourney continues to coordinate with all parties involved in the technical preparation for the implementation of the KOPIKO F1 Powerboat. So far, the preparations we have made are going according to plan. We are grateful for the support that has been given by various parties in preparing for the first powerboat racing event on Lake Toba," said Maya, in an official statement, Thursday, February 23.

Furthermore, Maya said the construction of all the stands in the venue has also reached 100 percent. In addition, the set-up for racing equipment has been carried out since February 21, 2023, along with the arrival of racers and crews to Lake Toba.

"On February 23, 2023, a buy on Lake Toba was installed as the main equipment for the Race Course to be used," he said.

As an effort to anticipate the incident, Maya said Basarnas had been conducting exercises since February 18, 2023, where this exercise will continue to be carried out with the rescue team from H2O Racing Management.
