JCI For A Week Increases By 0.22 Percent, The Daily Transaction Rate Even Down

JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) has strengthened this week. JCI a week rose 0.22 percent to 6,895.71 from 6,880.33 in the previous week.

Looking at IDX trading data, Saturday, February 18, in a week to be precise February 13-17, the market capitalization also increased 0.14 percent to IDR 9,503.09 trillion from IDR 9,489.727 trillion in the previous week.

Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value of the Exchange this week decreased by 6.45 percent to IDR 9.097 trillion from IDR 9.724 trillion in the previous week.

The average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange also decreased by 3.52 percent to 1,077,079 from 1,116,417 transactions a week earlier.

Then the daily volume of Exchange transactions decreased by 1.81 percent to 20.165 billion shares from 20.537 billion shares at the close of last week.

Foreign investors today recorded a net sale value of IDR 276.70 billion and throughout 2023 foreign investors recorded a net selling value of IDR 140.45 billion.

This week, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) was opened in the context of the initial recording of PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia's structured warrants.
