After The IPO, Aviana Sinar Abadi Incar Income Rp500 Billion In 2023

PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) officially took the floor on the stock exchange today, Tuesday, February 7. From the Initial Public Offering (IPO), the Company is eyeing revenues of up to IDR 500 billion in 2023.

President Director of PT Aviana Sinar Abadi Tbk (IRSX) Gusti Ngurah Komang Panji Pramana said the target had increased twice from the previous year. In addition, the Integrated Digital IT Hub company that connects business with technology also targets a profit of IDR 20 billion in 2023.

"The increase has doubled, because we have received this (IPO result) fund for our business development, we are sure we can achieve it," said Panji quoting Antara, Tuesday, February 7.

He also revealed that the company's revenue in 2022 has temporarily reached Rp200 billion, from the target of Rp149 billion.

"For the end of 2022 we are waiting for the audit process, from the projections we set, we have exceeded the target we set," said Panji.

He conveyed that the telecommunications and digital products segments will drive the company's business during 2022.

"Other supports from customers (clients) are also still enthusiastic because our customers already have their own market," said Panji.

For information, IRSX officially listed its initial shares on the IDX with shares opening up 4.96 percent to IDR 106, from an initial price of IDR 101 per share.

The company released 1 billion new shares or 20 percent of the issued and fully paid capital after the IPO, with an initial price set at IDR 100 to IDR 101 per share, bringing the total funds obtained to IDR 100 billion.

He explained that the proceeds from the IPO will be used to expand and develop the existing products and manufacture of new products.

"We are optimistic and confident that the development and innovations we carry out will have a major impact on economic growth, especially in the technology industry," said Panji.

IRSX officially became the 13th listed company on the IDX in 2023, and is the 838th listed company to date.
