Arab Health 2023 lasts for four days, namely from January 30 to February 2, 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Head of the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center Dubai Muhammad Khomaini said there were 10 Indonesian companies participating in the 2023 Arab Health exhibition.
They are PT Enesers Mitra Berkah, PT Fyrom International; PT Graha Teknomedika; PT Inspiry Indonesia Consultant; PT Mega Andalan Kalasan; PT Oneject Indonesia; PT Sterin Laboratories; PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi; PT Trimitra Garmedindo; and PT Triton Manufactures.

Khomaini said the products in demand are hospital mattresses (hospital beds), syringes with automatic deactivation (auto disabled syringes), and respiratory pumps.
"This shows that Indonesian medical device products are able to compete in the global arena," he said.
From the potential transactions that have been achieved, he continued, the largest contribution was obtained from six USD 850,000 trade contracts signed between Indonesian business actors, namely PT Mega Andalan Kalasan with a number of buyers, namely Babil Medical Equipment LLC from the United Arab Emirates.
Then, Samiya International LLC from Oman; Ibna Al Haytham Center from Qatar; Behzad Medical Est, WLL from Bahrain; Tabasheer Medical Co. Ltd. from Sudan; and Anudha Ltd. from Tanzania.
The signing of the six trade contracts was carried out by leaders from the company and witnessed directly by the Indonesian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Husin Bagis; Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia Dubai, K. Candra Negara; Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health, Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadireja; and the Head of ITPC Dubai, Muhammad Khomaini.
Khomaini said that during this time, 592 buyers had visited the Indonesian Pavilion.
"The buyer's interest is certainly a very positive thing after several years Indonesia was absent from the exhibition. Indonesia appeared at the Arab Health exhibition last time in 2017," he explained.
The Indonesian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Husin Bagis said that Indonesia's participation in this exhibition was a very good first step for Indonesian companies.
Since the first day of the Arab Health 2023 exhibition, Indonesian companies have succeeded in obtaining trade contracts. This activity is expected to trigger other Indonesian companies that are present as exhibitors in the 2023 Arab Health to obtain at least potential trade transactions with buyers from the Middle East and Africa regions," he said.
