Circulating Next Week, Oil Supply Rises To 450,000 Tons Every Month

JAKARTA - Minister of Trade (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan will increase the supply of oil and land circulation. The reason is, it will start circulating again no later than the next week.

"In the past, the quota was 300 thousand tons one month. Now it has increased to 450 thousand tons one month. Hopefully, oilita will continue to fill the people's markets at the latest a week," he said, quoting Antara, Monday, February 6.

Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan targets that in the next two weeks the circulation of oil and land fires will be stable in the market.

This is in line with several times the Minister of Trade conducted inspections on regional markets. For example, during a visit to one of the traditional markets in the Surabaya City area, the prices of various basic necessities were fairly stable except for packaged cooking oil.

According to him, the increase in the price of packaged cooking oil occurred simultaneously in various parts of Indonesia, following the scarcity of "Minyaki".

"We have investigated. This oil is the cheapest price, which is at the lowest retail price of Rp. 14,000. The scarcity occurs because mothers who usually buy branded packaged oil all switch to Oil," he said.

Plus the online sales and available in modern markets make oillicite quickly sold out.

"The results of the meeting last week and also decided on two things. First, online sales are no longer allowed. Prioritizing its sales to the people's markets. Buy it must use an ID card as before so that no one buys it to sell it again at a higher price," said the Trade Minister.
