Onodera USer Run Japan Treats Young Workers Freely

JAKARTA - Onodera User Run, Co., Ltd, a workers recruitment company from Tokyo, Japan opened a training center or training center venue to obtain special skills qualifications in Jakarta, Wednesday 18 January.

The training center, named ONODEDRA USER RUN (OUR) INDONESIA JAKARTA CENTER, provides free training for young people with an age range of 18 - 25 years who are interested in working in Japan through a science-strained worker scheme.

Currently, this training center only provides Japanese language training that can be taken for 4.5 months and training elderly nurses for 2.5 months. Later, these Onodera graduates will be sent to Japan to work and receive a work contract for 5 years.

According to CEOOUR Jun Kato, this training facility is the 5th in Asia to be operated. Meanwhile in Indonesia, this training center was founded for the first time and opened its first online class in July before the building was completed. It is possible that Onodera will also be established in other regions, the Indonesian region.

"The company positions this training facility as a core base for training and educating special skill workers. In the future, we will also focus on training skilled workers specifically in the field of nursing the elderly and other areas in Indonesia, and will do our best to produce superior human resources," he said during the opening ceremony in the form of an unveiling ceremony. ceremony.

Jun Kato explained,OUR fosters young human resources that are superior and responsive to the surroundings. In addition, as an institution that has been certified by the Immigration Supervisory Agency,OUR has the power to introduce human resources that have good abilities and personalities. Currently, as of December 16, 2022, 1,554 students who have been trained byOUR have got the company's work in Japan.

Meanwhile, Budi Hartawan, Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower stated, based on data on sakrenas as of August 2022 issued by BPS, the unemployment rate reached 5.86 percent of the total workforce.

"Vocational training is a solution to accelerate the fulfillment of the needs of skilled and competent workers to maximize the conditions of our human resources," he explained.

The Ministry of Manpower itself welcomes the presence of Onodera User Run well, because it can expand opportunities for prospective workers to want to work abroad but experience limited costs. It is also open, if this kind of training can cooperate with the Vocational Training Center and Productivity under the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

To note, In December 2018, the Japanese Parliament approved and imposed a new population status for the purpose of working for foreigners, called "Special Skilled Worker or Specified Skilled Worker. Starting April 2019, Japan also accepts foreigners who have a certain level of expertise and skills and are ready to work in 14 industries such as care, food services, construction, etc.

In Japan itself there is a serious shortage of human resources. The Japanese government plans to receive up to 340,000 foreign workers over the next five years from 2019 in 14 fields that have been designated as certain industrial fields, with a total receipt of 60,000 people.

On that occasion, Onodera signed a Cooperation Contract with STICKES ANDINI PERSADA MAMUJU, which has sent 40 students to receive special training at Onodera and will later depart to work in Japan.
