JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) asked the financial services industry to maintain the momentum of economic growth in 2023 and continue policies that can strengthen resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

President Jokowi on Monday received the ranks of the OJK Board of Commissioners and representatives from the financial services industry.

During the meeting, Mahendra said the OJK explained to the President about preparations for the annual meeting of the financial services industry which will be held in early February 2023.

These developments, among others, are the efforts made by the financial services industry in anticipating global economic uncertainty as well as responding to the dynamics that are expected to occur ahead of the 2024 General Election.
