Demi Target Export 26.5 Dollars, Menparekraf Sandiaga Gives Successful Tips For Ecraph Perpetrators In Situbondo

Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno gave a successful way of doing business for creative economy actors and MSMEs to overcome post-pandemic economic solutions, in Kerapu Village, Situbondo, East Java, recently.

Sandiaga said that creative economy actors and MSMEs in the area had various obstacles, ranging from financing, marketing, to capital.

"For the needs related to the creative economy developed in Situbondo, we see a very large opportunity. For this reason, the government is here to provide a solution. It is also a creation of an export target of 26.5 billion US dollars and job creation of 4.4 million by 2024," he said in his official statement, Monday, January 16.

The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy said that the government will be present to provide tips, solutions, and support to overcome various problems experienced by MSME actors in the area.

"Then, someone conveyed the packaging. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has a Packaging Design Surgery program, this is our flagship program, because the benefits are really felt directly by business actors," said Sandiaga.

In addition, there are also training and mentoring programs that are presented, so that these programs are actually carried out on target, on the right benefits, and on time.

"Regarding labeling halal products, previously the program was already there. We will coordinate with the local government to facilitate it, because in terms of process there must be certification, but for costs we already have a free program," said Menparekraf Sandiaga.

Nevertheless, Sandiaga still appreciates Kerapu Village, which is one of the leading tourist destinations in the 'Santri City'.

"We should appreciate and provide support. This Kerapu Village can be used as an example for other marine tourism managers, by not only presenting delicious culinary delights, but also a romantic and also instagramable night atmosphere," he said.

Kerupu fish, said Sandiaga, prices are starting to rise and always increase because they are delicious. "This is a cultivation that is able to increase extraordinary added value," he said.
