JAKARTA - President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I Faik Fahmi has set a target of serving 68 million passenger movements in 2023.

Faik admitted that he was optimistic that he could achieve better results in terms of operations, service, and business performance compared to 2022.

"We are targeting to serve as many as 68 million passenger movements in 2023, or 31 percent higher than the actual number of passenger movements in 2022", he told reporters, written Friday, January 13.

Faik said the target of serving higher traffic compared to the realization in 2022 can only be achieved one way or another by improving services.

"This target can only be achieved with hard work, service improvement, and synergy between stakeholders", said Faik Fahmi.

For your information, throughout 2022, PT Angkasa Pura I or AP I recorded that it had served 52,294,618 passenger movements at the 15 airports it managed.

In detail, 46,438,326 movements of passengers on domestic routes and 5,856,292 movements of passengers on international routes.

As for cargo movements, Angkasa Pura I's 15 airports served 464,326 tons of cargo and experienced a growth of 7 percent compared to the total cargo movements in 2021 of 433,887 tons of cargo.
