JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) signed Government Regulation (PP) No. 60/2022 concerning the Increase in State Equity Participation of the Republic of Indonesia into the Share Capital of the company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya amounting to IDR 7.5 trillion at the end of 2022.
In the PP which was just signed and applicable on December 31, 2022, Jokowi provided additional capital of IDR 7.5 trillion from the 2022 State Budget.
"The value of additional state capital participation as referred to in Article I is IDR 7.5 trillion. The addition of state capital participation as referred to in paragraph (l) comes from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2022 as re-established in the Details of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2022," said the PP, quoted Monday, January 2.
Previously, SOE Minister Erick Thohir explained that Hutama Karya would receive an injection of fresh funds from the state for the development of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) which he was working on. In 2021, HK has disbursed PMN of Rp. 6.2 trillion on August 30, 2021, which was later added and approved by the Ministry of Finance of Rp. 9 trillion, bringing the total funds he got this year to Rp. 15.2 trillion.
