JAKARTA - PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya as the BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has further strengthened the business expansion of sales and distribution of basic foodstuffs in the Kalimantan region.
Through PT Borneofood Wahyu, now the DKI Jakarta Food BUMD is collaborating with the Paser Regency Government through its BUMD Perumda Prima Jaya Taka in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan and Perumda Manungtung Sukses, in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Friday and Saturday (23-24 December).
"We hope that through this collaboration with the two BUMDs, the spread of various Food Station products will expand as well as have a positive impact on food security in this region," said President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Pamrihadi Wiraryo in his official statement, Sunday, December 25.
Pamrihadi said the collaboration with BUMD in Balikpapan and Paser Regency is part of the strategic activity between regions (KSD) of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya which is a synergy of food security between regions.
This collaboration is also for the expansion of FS products with brands "Borneo Manntung FS" and "FS Borneo" in East Kalimantan. In addition, through this collaboration, FS will assist BUMD Paser Regency in the implementation of rice cultivation using application products and SOPs that have been developed by FS in several regions.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, Fahmi Fadli hopes that the presence of DKI Jakarta BUMD products, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, through cooperation in the sale and distribution of basic commodities, will have a positive impact on food security in the region.
"I hope the cooperation operation will have a positive impact on the food security program launched by the Paser Regency government for the benefit of the community," said Fahmi Fadli.
Fahmi believes that the PKS process carried out by the President Director of Perumda Prima Jaya Taka, Fitriansyah Mubarak, with the Director of Borneofood, Wahyu Taqwa Dhie, will also meet the needs of the capital city of Nusantara in Kalimantan.

Wahyu explained that the staple food products to be distributed in the PKS include rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour, frozen chicken meat, and beef.
"Especially for rice, Prima Jaya Taka will involve its assisted Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan) which has been ready to be purchased for production by Borneofood's rice milling unit, which is closest to Paser Regency," Wahyu said.
