He expressed this during a visit to Soekarno Hatta Airport, Cengkareng, Tanggerang, Banten, Friday, December 23.
Budi admitted that he had asked the Director General of Civil Aviation Maria Kristi to warn airlines against imposing rates that were too high.
"Regarding ticket prices, Mrs. Director General has given a letter to the airline. I have also communicated with airlines not to apply too high prices," he said.
In addition, Budi also asked airlines to optimally operational aircraft throughout Indonesia.

On this occasion, Budi appealed to the public to choose flight hours at night or early morning to get more competitive tickets.
