YOGYAKARTA - The Bung Karno Gelora Complex (GBK) is Indonesia's most expensive asset. After being evaluated and passed the audit of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), its value reached IDR 348 trillion. Is GBK Indonesia's most expensive asset?

Director of State Property (BMN) DJKN of the Ministry of Finance Encep Sudarwan said GBK's asset points were the most expensive of all state assets worth IDR 10,467.53 trillion.

"The land is around Rp. 345 trillion, the building is Rp. 3 trillion, it is the highest part (value) in Indonesia," said Encep when the media was virtually briefing.

"Assets on the balance sheet this year, total assets are already IDR 11,098 trillion. Assets remain almost IDR 6,000 trillion, so 60 percent on the balance sheet is state property (BMN)," explained Encep in July 2021, quoted from the official website of the DJKN Ministry of Finance.

The details of IDR 5,949.59 trillion are fixed assets, of which 80 percent of which or IDR 4,539.89 trillion are assets in the form of land.

"Certainly the largest land. The land from the fixed assets of IDR 6,000 trillion is IDR 4,500 trillion. About 80 percent of it is land," said Encep.

Meanwhile, Rp665.16 trillion is a smooth asset, Rp59.32 trillion is long-range receivables, Rp3,173.08 trillion is a long-range investment, and other assets are Rp1,225.1 trillion.

However, Encep did not specify how many points the GBK complex assets were according to the latest revaluation.
