"The condition in 2022 is the holding of the first pilgrimage in the pandemic era and is different from the last conditions in 2019 which has not yet occurred in a pandemic," he said when holding a virtual press conference on Monday, December 19.
According to Margo, this year's IKJHI score touched the latest psychological level by touching the 90 index as well as making it the highest from the previous ones.
"Since it was carried out (the measurement of the satisfaction index of the pilgrims) in 2010, the achievements of 2022 are the best during the 11 years this survey was held," he said.
Margo also revealed that the implementation of this year's pilgrimage is quite different. The reason is, the pandemic situation requires the number of pilgrims leaving for the Holy Land to be significantly reduced.

To note, in 2022 Indonesia will get a total quota of 100,051 pilgrims (half of the normal quota) with details of 58 percent of men, 42 percent of women, and 75 percent of them dominated by 41-61 years.
