The Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance launched AESIA, which is a web-based platform for the public to be able to apply for the use of state property (BMN).

Director General of State Assets Rionald Silaban said AESIA could open up opportunities for optimizing state assets and be the answer to facilitate the provision of information to the public.

"AESIA will facilitate both managers and users or potential partners so that they can see good asset potential for cooperation," he said in a written statement on Friday, December 16.

According to Rionald, the management of AESIA will be handled directly by the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) as a Public Service Agency (BLU) assigned by the Ministry of Finance for a more optimal achievement.

"AESIA can be a mainstay platform in bridging the use of state assets," he said.

Rionald added that the AESIA service includes marketing LMAN's managed property assets, marketing property assets managed by ministries/agencies, local governments, BLU, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD).

On the same occasion, President Director of LMAN Basuki Purwadi also revealed that AESIA is a platform to display state-owned assets in the form of LMAN's managed assets.

"Here we can increase public awareness and interest in taking advantage of state assets," he said.

Basuki explained, the increase in BMN users and prospective partners in cooperation in the use of assets can access AESIA according to their needs through the aesia.kemenkeu.go.id page.

"AESIA is available in web and mobile versions which can only be used temporarily by Android users," he added.

For information, LMAN is said to continue to develop and innovate in order to answer the challenges and needs of the BMN user ecosystem and manager. This strategy is expected to produce various benefits, both in the form of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), as well as economic and social benefits.
