JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri is preparing a cash requirement of IDR 21 trillion to anticipate an increase in cash transaction needs during the Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023 periods.

As for now, the total operating ATMs of Bank Mandiri are recorded at 13,026 machines connected to ATM Link networks, ATM Bersama, ATM Prima and Visa/Plus throughout Indonesia.

"Transactions on EDC machines are also expected to increase during the Christmas and New Year 2023 period, given the THR distribution for employees celebrating Christmas and the National Shopping Day (Harbolnas) event. In anticipation of this, Bank Mandiri has provided an EDC network used by more than 338,601 merchant partners to support customer non-cash transactions," continued Rudi.

In addition, Rudi added, his party also ensured that the Call Center 14000 or Live Chat MITA on Bank Mandiri's official WhatsApp account at +62 811-84-14000 was ready to assist customers in conducting financial transactions.

He said Bank Mandiri carried out additional operating hours for SKNBI and BI-RTGS transaction services at branches, where services can be carried out until 15:00 local time and specifically for State Revenue Transfer services on December 30, 2022, extended until 17.00 local time.

Meanwhile, access to SKNBI and BI-RTGS transactions via the Livin' by Mandiri application in the period 1-21 December 2022 was extended until 15:25 WIB.
