The Tower Company Of The Djarum Group OWNed By The Hartono Brothers Hartono Targets Profit Of IDR 900 Billion At The End Of 2022

JAKARTA - The tower company of the Djarum Group owned by the Hartono Brothers conglomerate, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) targets revenue to grow 4-5 percent in 2022. The company also targets a net profit of IDR 900 billion.

President Director of Solusi Tunas Pratama Juliawati Gunawan Halim said that the company has prepared a number of strategies to achieve this target. This year the company will still focus on adding towers and tenants (tenants) in 2022.

"As of September 2022, you have a tower of around 6,887 towers or grew 8.4 percent from the same period last year of 6,353 towers," Juliawati explained in a virtual Public Expose presentation, Thursday, December 8.

Juliawati said that in 2022, her party is targeting the addition of new towers of 300 to 400 towers. Meanwhile, tenants are 500 to 600 new tenants.

Until September 2022, the company recorded the number of tower tenants reaching 12,920 tenants. This number increased by 5.9 percent from the same period last year around 12,205 tenants.

Of the total towers and tenants, 65 percent of towers are on the island of Java, where 13 percent are in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Then 24 percent are on the island of Sumatra and 11 percent are in other areas.
