Anticipate The Impact Of Recession, Erick Thohir Prepares A BUMN Assignment Scheme For Farmers' Results Absorption: The Association Of State Banks Is Implemented

JAKARTA - The government has formulated a number of important policies to anticipate the impact of the economic recession next year. One of them is to protect farmers whose harvest is threatened with failure to be fully absorbed by the market. Not only SOEs as the absorber of basic commodities, continued Erick, but also the set of state-owned banks that will be involved in the protection program for farmers. "I propose that funding is stored in Himbara indirect in its BUMN. It is stored in Himbara with low interest rates. So that when we want to buy farmers' affairs, the costs are no longer expensive," he said. This policy of absorption of farmers' production, said Erick, will be very important for the micro and macroeconomics. In addition to guaranteeing the economic sustainability of farmers, this policy is believed to have a multiplier effect on the entire national food supply chain. "Because this is really a rotating economy. (Policies) we are mapping," he said.
