BALI (President Joko Widodo) continues to lead a group of heads of state/government during the G20 Summit in Bali today (Tuesday, November 15).

After opening this morning at Apurva Kempinski, the President then invited the delegates to lunch at the Apurva Kempinski hotel ballroom.

The unique situation occurred when the head of state responded to the invited guests themselves to the location using a golf cart or what is commonly called a buggy car. It appears that the President sits side by side with the Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Mathias Cormann.

Following sitting at the back of the buggy car is Managing Director IMF Sullina Emergenceva and another delegation.

Arriving at the lunch venue, President Jokowi immediately invited state guests to enter and then engage in several conversations with other delegates, such as representatives of Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

For information, this is not the first time the President has driven his own golf cart with important state guests. Previously, he had also done the same thing when King Salman came to Indonesia.

At that time, the President and King of Saudi Arabia toured the Presidential Palace complex in Jakarta.
