JAKARTA - The Ministry of SOEs is ready to provide financial assistance for MSMEs in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara, so that they can advance to class. "Pak Erick (Minister of SOEs) targets that all underprivileged families in West Manggarai will provide loan funding," said Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs Arya Sinulingga during a discussion with MSME players at the BUMN People's Market, Labuan Bajo, quoted from Antara, Friday, October 28. He explained that the Ministry of SOEs has a program for MSMEs through ultra-micro financing loans (UMi) with a value of Rp. 2 million to Rp. 9 million. Then there are also loans through people's business loans (KUR) and business capital assistance loans to develop the Prosperous Family Economy (Mekaar) which have targeted IDR 19 thousand households in West Manggarai. "There is also training, guidance every week," he continued. The training and guidance carried out by the Ministry of SOEs include business training and financial training for business actors and MSMEs. The Ministry of BUMN and BUMN Holding Asuransi and Guarantee Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) presents the BUMN People's Market and the 50 MSME Exhibition at the West Manggarai Regent's Office Courtyard. A total of 4,000 basic food vouchers were prepared for the community with details of 3,000 vouchers from Bulog and 1,000 vouchers from PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). The vouchers purchased at a price of IDR 55 thousand will be exchanged for 5 kg of rice, 1 kg of sugar, and 1 liter of cooking oil. A resident of Labuan Bajo, Susanti (24) expressed her gratitude to the Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir for the implementation of the BUMN People's Market in Labuan Bajo. According to him, the people's market makes it very easy for people to get basic necessities at low prices, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. "Very cheap.
