JAKARTA - The government through the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) has again held a LMAN Investor Gathering forum with the theme "Optimizing State Assets for Economic Recovery in Jakarta".

It was stated that this forum was a forum for meeting potential potential potential potential investors who would collaborate with the government to create added value from optimizing state assets.

Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance Rionald Silaban said this activity opened up a joint collaboration space to realize state assets as qualified fiscal tools in accelerating the recovery and increasing Indonesia's economic growth.

"The government wants to strengthen synergies, exchange ideas, share experiences in asset management so as to create an optimal use of state property (BMN) and increase positively," he said in a press statement on Thursday, October 27.

According to Rionald, 13 state assets that have the potential to be collaborated are consisting of nine LMAN-managed assets in the form of property, golf area/field, land, and refinery areas in the Lhokseumawe area. Then, there are also four LMAN cooperation partner management assets consisting of land and building assets.

"Each asset offers its own potential and characteristics, with various investment projections and benefits," he said.

On the same occasion, President Director of LMAN Basuki stated that the forum that was held had its own role in supporting the economy, social and financial side.

"LMAN is open to ladies and gentlemen who want to collaborate in asset management, consult or become investors," he said.

For information, LMAN initiated a breakthrough in optimizing state assets through a cooperation scheme involving private investors and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

In the scheme offered, investors can invest in state assets in the form of property, land, and areas managed by LMAN itself and state assets managed by ministries/agencies, SOEs, Public Service Agency (BLU) and local governments.

For these state assets, LMAN compiled a study on the development and utilization of assets that included financial analysis, feasibility studies, analysis of the best utilization, and projection of the level of return on investment and profit value.

Cooperated assets also have legal state ownership status according to law, and are not in dispute, thus providing certainty and security guarantees for investment.
