Two Ministers Of Jokowi Predictions For The Next Head Of State Derived From The Javanese Tribe

JAKARTA - Two ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet volume II predict that the next person to become head of state will be Javanese.

The two people in question are SOE Minister Erick Thohir and Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno.

This statement was made by Erick based on what was referred to as a trend. Where the trend is that the president in Indonesia comes from the Javanese tribe.

This was conveyed by Erick when asked about his views on the government of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) which was completed in the next two years at the Road to G20 event with Himpuni.

"Whoever is elected president, definitely not me. Because the next president must be Javanese, that's the trend," said Erick, quoted Wednesday, October 26.

On that occasion, Erick advised any next leader not to have the thought of degrading the policies of the previous leader.

Because, according to Erick, all presidents must have good policies in leading the country.

"Whoever the next leader is, must have confidence that the previous president may not have had good policies. There must be many good policies. Later, the policy will just be mapped out," he said.

"Don't say that suddenly the previous leader was ugly," he said.

Before Erick said the next president came from the Javanese tribe, there was already Minister Jokowi who said the same thing, namely the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno.

This statement was made by Sandiaga Uno when asked about his chance to run for the 2024 election, on the sidelines of his visit to carry out the Kelana Nusantara program in Demak Regency, Central Java at the end of last July.

As is known, Sandiaga's name is included in the survey market for potential candidates for the 2024 presidential election.

Sandiaga said the presidential election was still far away. He also asked not to rush to discuss the 2024 presidential election.

Even so, Sandiaga admitted that he received a leak that the next head of state came from Central Java.

"This stage is only September. So it's still far away. Ojo is upset. He said that the one who will later become a candidate is said to be not far from Central Java," said Sandiaga.
