LinkAja Encourages Economic Equity By Supporting MSMEs Involved In BBI Gernas

President Director of LinkAja Yogi Rizkian Bahar said LinkAja continues to encourage economic equality by supporting the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through involvement in the Proudly Made in Indonesia National Movement (Gernas BBI). "As a provider of national digital financial services, we fully support Gernas BBI to encourage people to use domestic products and services and are expected to increase digital financial literacy in the community and MSME actors to accelerate the increase in financial inclusion," Yoga said in an official statement, quoted from Antara, Friday, October 21. This year, LinkAja was re-elected as the annual top brand which is an appreciation given by the Government to partners who actively participate in the entire series of BBI Gernas every year. LinkAja also always supports MSMEs as the backbone of the revival of the national economy, while continuing to build a holistic financial ecosystem in order to meet the transaction needs of people and MSMEs in Indonesia. The Gernas BBI campaign succeeded in increasing the number of Indonesian MSME players entering the digital ecosystem from 8 million in 2020 before this program was implemented to 21 million today. Throughout 2022, LinkAja has directly contributed to supporting various activities of the Gernas BBI Campaign series, including attending the BBI Papua, West Sumatra, North Maluku, West Sulawesi and West Kalimantan events. LinkAja's participation form in the BBI Gernas Campaign includes the acquisition of MSMEs to support the adoption of digital payments, training and education of financial literacy for MSMEs, payment digitization, and product marketing techniques. In addition, LinkAja also embodies the aspirations of MSMEs in facilitating assistance for calculating and paying Income Tax (PPh) businesses using LinkAja by collaborating with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) which is attended by thousands of MSMEs from all provinces involved in campaign events every month. Through the complete and integrated electronic financial transaction service ecosystem, LinkAja's consistency and commitment in its efforts for #SatukanIndonesia's potential is increasingly being realized.
