JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) through the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, continues to innovate with existing technology. The goal is to make it easier for people to get services quickly and safely.

Director General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation, Arif Toha, said that by continuing to innovate, it is also easier for people to get services more transparently and efficiently.

"To all ranks to continue to innovate in providing services to the community," he said in a written statement, in Jakarta, Thursday, October 13.

The statement was made in response to the achievements of the Ministry of Transportation in achieving the best ranking in the Investment Service Award (ALI) 2022 organized by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

The three licensing applications of the Directorate General of Sea Relations, namely the Sea Transportation Traffic Management System (SIMLA), E-Licensing and the Integrated Sea Transportation Electronic System (SEHATI) also support the Ministry of Transportation to win the award.

However, Arif reminded the ranks of the Directorate General of Hubla not to be complacent about this achievement. Because, in the future there are still many challenges that must be faced with the development of technology.

"In the future, the development of technology will actually provide another challenge. I ask that we can always follow the development of this technology so that we can serve the community optimally," said Arif.

For information, three licensing applications of the Directorate General of Sea Relations, namely IMLALA, e-Lisencing and SEHATI, have been integrated with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.

SIMLALA is an application that serves licensing at the Directorate of Traffic and Sea Transportation. Then, E-Licensing is an application that serves licensing at the Kenavigasian Directorate.

Meanwhile, SEHATI is an application from the Directorate General of Hubla that serves licensing at the Directorate of Port, Directorate of shipping and marine affairs as well as the Marine and Coastal Guard Unit/KPLP and also e-Blanko services.
