Jokowi said this when inaugurating the Cibitung-Cilincing (JTCC) Toll Road which is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 2 and the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Road section 1 which was the beginning of the construction of JORR 3.
"If there is no competition and is monopolized, usually run to random services," said President Jokowi.
The Patimban Port in Subang Regency, West Java, is known to be still in the construction stage consisting of three stages.

While phase 2 will start in October 2022 and is targeted for completion in 2025.
Patimban Port is targeted to have the same capacity as Tanjung Priok Port, amounting to 7.5 million TEUs containers or containers and 600 thousand vehicles per year in 2027.
