After Teken Cooperation With The AGO, The Minister Of Trade Is Ready To Carry Out The 'Serbu' Mission Of The African Market To Europe

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Attorney General's Office (AGO) and the Ministry of Trade have collaborated, which was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (Mou).

This collaboration contains seven collaboration synergies.

Minister of Trade (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan said after signing this agreement, his party wanted to succeed in the 'attack' mission of Africa to Europe by exporting goods from the country.

The man who is familiarly called Zulhas explained that the mission was a direct task given by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

"Therefore, we are really happy and grateful, hopefully with this, if it is finished domestically, the Ministry of Trade will also be given a mission by the President to attack the international market. Especially the new markets, namely Africa, Europe, Central Asia, India, and China, we will attack with our products," he said at the Attorney General's Office Building, Jakarta, Friday, September 16.

With this MoU, said Zulhas, there are many benefits.

One of them is that he can focus on working quickly accompanied by the AGO. So that there is no hesitation in taking steps for Indonesia's progress.

"The assistance from the Attorney General's Office must have been prosecuted, including making a Permendag and so on. The existing rules guide with legal certainty. Because it will be led by the Attorney General's Office, so once again we thank the MoU today, we are sure that there will be many benefits for the ministry and also for Indonesia," he explained.

Meanwhile, Indonesian Attorney General ST Burhanuddin said the AGO was not only conducting surveillance, but also helping if there were problems related to exports and imports.

"Kalau pengawasan itu pasti dan itu dilakukan pasti oleh Jampidsus, tapi yang terutama adalah bagaimana kita melakukan ekspor, impor dengan tidak salah," ucap Burhanuddin.

Furthermore, Burhanuddin said, based on the information he received, there were still unscrupulous persons in the Ministry of Trade who were naughty.

Therefore, the Adhyaksa Corps investigative team will look for and control rogue elements in the ministry.

Burhanuddin said, this is a preventive or preventive measure taken by the Attorney General's Office, including by providing input on more stringent policies.

"Because what happens is that there are still delinquencys and we organize them as well as possible with the rules, later we will tighten the rules, but we can still implement them quickly, this is what we will discuss," he concluded.
