Wins The Long-Term Transportation Cooperation Contract For Kayu, DNR Corporation Investments 500 Tronton Truck Fleets

JAKARTA - As a form of support for the growth of the rice industry in Indonesia and helping to optimize the productivity of business actors, PT Dosni Roha Indonesia, Tbk through its subsidiary engaged in the logistics sector (DNR Corporation) invested 500 tronton truck fleets for the transportation of wood belonging to PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) Group in Riau Province and PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal (IHM) in East Kalimantan Province. The provision of capex in the form of hundreds of tronton truck fleets is part of the scope of the Kayu Transportation Cooperation Agreement between DNR Corporation and 2 large companies in the industrial estate industry in Indonesia, namely RAPP Group, a wood manufacturing and processing company and IHM which owns a concession of a number of industrial plantation forests (HTI) in Indonesia. The Kayu Transportation Cooperation Agreement, both with RAPP Group and IHM, applies for 5 years, and can be extended. DNR Corporation will provide a total of 500 units of tronton trucks carrying wood in stages which are divided into 400 units for the RAPP project and 100 units for the IHM project. In 2022, DNR Corporation will prepare 200 units and 50 units of tronton trucks carrying wood for RAPP Group and IHM, respectively. While the remaining 250 tronton trucks will be ready to operate in the third quarter of 2023. The Kayu Transportation Cooperation Ceremony with the RAPP Group as well as the Release of the Truck Fleet has been held at the Kerinci Base, Riau on August 18, 2022, while the Ceremony of Similar Cooperation with IHM will be held in Sepaku, East Kalimantan on September 4, 2022 and attended by Herry as Director of DNR Logistics.
