JAKARTA - Property developer owned by conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo, PT MNC Land Tbk (Perseroan or KPIG) recorded an increase in revenue by 29.7 percent from Rp341.8 billion in the first semester of 2021 to Rp443.4 billion in the second semester of 2022. This was mainly driven by a significant increase in revenue in the hotel, resort and golf segments by 206.3 percent, from Rp45.7 billion to Rp140.0 billion. This increase in operations brought net profit in the first semester of KPIG up 18.9% from Rp. 62.9 billion to Rp. 74.8 billion, while the net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity increased from Rp. 85.7 billion to Rp. 88.1 billion in the first semester of this year.
