JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) through the Directorate General of Civil Aviation noted that the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in the air transportation sector has reached more than Rp. 983 billion.

Acting Director General of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transportation, Nur Isnin Istiartono explained, based on an evaluation conducted until August, the realization of the budget for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has absorbed Rp4 trillion or 54.95 percent.

Furthermore, Nur Isnin revealed, the percentage of absorption of this realization exceeded the target set at the beginning of 50.21 percent.

Regarding the 2022 PNBP, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation is targeting IDR 1.32 trillion.

Nur Isnin said, until August the realization of PNBP had reached 74.06 percent of the target.

"The realization of the PNBP of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation until August is Rp.983 billion or 74.06 percent of the target, which is Rp. 1.32 trillion," he said during a hearing with Commission V of the DPR RI, Thursday, September 1.

Nur Isnin hopes that the percentage of PNBP realization will continue to increase in line with the improvement in the world of aviation due to the increase in the national economy.

"Thus, we are prognosing our maximum absorption (PNBP) of only 91 percent because we also provide Rp0 for the increase in the aviation industry until December for PJP4U," he said.

On this occasion, Nur Isnin also said that to support the labor-intensive implementation of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has and will implement labor-intensive activities in 147 villages spread across 29 provinces.

Nur Isnin said, based on the realization as of August 31, it had realized a labor-intensive wage fee of Rp6.67 billion and absorbed 4,125 workers or reached 61.02 percent of the planned total target.

"Business-intensive activities in order to help the community around the airport by utilizing airport maintenance funds through simple activities that do not require special skills such as grass cutting, cleaning canals, airport fences, painting marks and so on," he explained.
