JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Razeedland Agrotech (B) SDN BHD Brunei Darussalam in the last week of August, and followed by a courtesy meeting on exports and imports of commodity products, at Graha PPI, Jakarta, on Wednesday 31 August. In the signing, PPI was represented by Nina Sulistyowati as President Director and Razeedland Agrotech represented by waters of Razeed Petra Al Haj as Group Chairman of Razeedland Agrotech which was carried out circularly. Razeedland Agrotech is an agricultural company engaged in the sale and purchase of agricultural products, investment cooperation, which will collaborate with PPI. Later Razeedland Agrotech will buy several commodities such as fertilizers, rice, coffee, spices, cocoa beans, palm oil, and others, to meet demand for necessities in Europe, Asia, and Southeast Asia such as Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Pakistan, and the Middle East. This MoU is the first step in collaboration between PPI and Razeedland Agrotech in exploring export and import markets for both products and/or commodities. Both companies will create synergies according to their respective competencies in utilizing the potential of both by continuing to pay attention and uphold the principles of eligibility, mutual benefit, and for the public interest. As an agricultural country and one of the largest exporting countries for agricultural products, PPI wants to continue to increase its various roles at the global level.
