JAKARTA – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) has just won an award from HR Asia as Best Company to Work for in Asia 2022 for the second time.

BRI is said to have excelled over 300 companies from 13 Asian countries, namely China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

BRI's Director of Human Resources Agus Winardono said that the achievement could not be separated from the company's efforts in forming talented young people to become future leaders.

Through excellence in terms of experience and exposure, this can improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia," he said in an official statement on Sunday, August 14.

According to Agus, BRI has designed a special program titled BRILian Young Leader Indonesia (BYLI) which provides career acceleration, competence, knowledge, and skills.
