This toll road section has undergone a Feasibility Test (ULF) and Operation Feasibility Test (ULO) from the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR on 22-24 June 2022.

Dony added that the connectivity infrastructure on the Package 1A Serbaraja Toll Road is a form of Sinar Mas Land's participation to support the government in the development of the National Strategic Project (PSN).

In addition to facilitating community mobility, the construction of the Serbaraja Toll Road is to provide alternative routes to facilitate the distribution of commodity supplies in improving the economy of the people of South Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency and Banten Province which have the potential to grow.

The construction of the Serbaraja toll road will have a total length of approximately 40 kilometers, which is divided into three stages, namely section I Serpong-Legok approximately 9.8 kilometers, section II Legok-Pasir Barat approximately 11.5 kilometers and section III Pasir Barat-Balaraja. approximately 18.6 kilometers.

The Serbaraja Toll Road will be connected to a number of other toll roads, namely the Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road, Jakarta-Merak Toll Road, JORR and various toll roads on the island of Java.
