Suryo admitted that the number was still far from the expected target. To that end, he promised to continue to make efforts to match data with a number of relevant agencies in order to enlarge the source of state revenue from the tax sector.
"We still have a lot to do and will continue to make additions in the future," he said.
Furthermore, during this transition period, Suryo ensures that taxpayers who have not entered the 19 million NIK can still use their NPWP for tax administration purposes.
"Construction is on the way and is expected to be completed in 2023," he stressed.
