Summarecon Agung Brings Good News, Developer Of Property Owned By Konglomerat Soetjipto Nagaria This Will Share Dividend Rp99 Billion

JAKARTA - Property developer belonging to the conglomerate Soetjipto Nagaria, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) has just held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta, Thursday, July 7. One of the decisions in the AGMS is the distribution of dividends worth Rp. 99 billion. "For the achievements that have been achieved throughout the 2021 financial year, the company distributed dividends of Rp 6 per share or a total of Rp99 billion," said Summarecon Agung President Director, Adrianto P. Adhi. For information, Summarecon Agung experienced a profit surge for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of up to 80.45 percent to IDR 323 billion in 2021 compared to the same period last year, which was IDR 179 billion. This profit growth was dominated by the results of house sales. The house sales segment to third parties jumped 36.68 percent to Rp2.72 trillion from the previous Rp1.99 trillion in 2020. Followed by sales in the apartment segment of Rp715.68 billion, commercial buildings Rp446.63 billion, lots and offices each contributed Rp175.84 billion and Rp53.59 billion and others Rp36 billion. In addition, the company also recorded an increase in revenue from the property investment segment which amounted to Rp917.71 billion, an increase of 2.69 percent from the previous Rp893.63 billion. The largest contribution was contributed by the mall segment and retail parties, namely Rp809.20 billion. The growth of several segments has succeeded in lifting SMRA's net income to Rp5.56 trillion. This achievement increased 10.76 percent from the previous Rp5.02 trillion.
