Pandu Sjahrir Releases Commissioner At Digital Startup Mediatama Maxima

JAKARTA - PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) has been left by one of its commissioners. It was Pandu Patria Sjahrir who submitted his resignation from the commissioners of the startup company.

This assurance was stated in a letter signed by the Managing Director of Digital Mediatama Budiasto Kusuma in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Wednesday, July 6.

In the statement, it was explained that Digital Mediatama had received Pandu's resignation request on Tuesday, July 5. Budiasto also said that his party would process Pandu's resignation through a general meeting of shareholders (GMS) in the near future.

For information, Pandu was appointed as a commissioner of Digital Mediatama based on the Deed of Decision of the Shareholders no.58 dated 27 July 2021.

Pandu is one of the entrepreneurs who also serves as management in several companies. One of them is as Vice President Director at PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (2011 – present).

In addition, Pandu is also a Managing Partner of Indies Capital Partners (2017-present), Board Member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2020-present), Chairman of The Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH) (2021-present), Head of Digital Finance Development at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) (2021-present), and as President Director at the Electrum (2021-present).
